An order cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been fulfilled or prepared for fulfillment. Note: In case an order has been cancelled 48 hour before the date of delivery or order fulfillment we keep 20% of the order's total and refund the rest of the sum paid. If an order has been cancelled later than 48 hour before its implementation but not later than 24 hour before the date of order fulfillment we keep 30% of the order's total and refund the rest. No refund will be given if an order has been cancelled later than 24 hour before the date of its implementation. No refund will be given if the delivery or order fulfillment couldn't be done because of incorrect order recipient's address or incorrect order details.
